At Seaspray | Made In Nepal, we take pride in the quality of our oil-based parfums. While we are confident in the excellence of our products, we understand that personal fragrance preferences are unique.

General Guidelines

• Return window: 14 days from the delivery date
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed in the original payment method

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. The product remains sealed and unopened
2. The original packaging is intact and undamaged
3. A return authorization has been obtained from our customer service team

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used parfums
• Products without original packaging
• Limited edition or sale items
• Sample sets and decants

Refund Process

• Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
• You’ll receive a return authorization number
• Ship the item back to us using secure packaging
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
• We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund
• Return shipping for damaged/incorrect items will be covered by Seaspray | Made In Nepal

Sample Program

To help you make informed fragrance choices:

• Samples are non-returnable
• Sample vials are available for purchase
• Sample costs can be credited toward full-size parfum purchases within 30 days
